About Our Client
Our client is sourcing a Controller for a 6‑month contract.
About the Opportunity
The Controller will:
- Oversee the operational finance/accounting function, ensuring claims and premiums are processed appropriately.
- Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Oversee key accounting processes including reconciliations, financial analysis, accounts receivable monitoring, recoveries, and operational reporting.
- Manage quarterly close deliverables, including journal entries, financial statement reviews, forecasting, and supporting workpapers.
- Serve as a key liaison for external audits, regulatory filings, and annual budgeting processes.
