Position Summary
The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial activities of the organization, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the implementation of effective internal controls. This position plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision‑making by providing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and operational insights.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership or Controller position.
- Experience within manufacturing, automotive, or maquiladora environments preferred.
