The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to partner closely with executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting operations
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and reconciliations
Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy initiatives
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
Collaborate with external auditors and support audit-related activities
Drive process improvements and efficiencies within accounting operations
