Job Description

Position Summary

: We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Controller to lead and manage the accounting and financial functions of our dynamic earthworks company. The Controller will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Roles / Responsibilities: 

  • Direct all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and inventory accounting.

  • Prepare and present timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections; monitor performance against these benchmarks.

  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
