Job Description
Become the Controller at Earthscape Play and enhance financial processes for our unique playscape initiatives. This hybrid role combines accounting operations with strategic financial analysis.
The Controller reports directly to the VP of Finance, overseeing all accounting functions while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. You will play a crucial role in budgeting and financial planning, guiding the accounting team toward operational excellence. This hands-on position requires technical expertise and an ability to navigate fast-evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mentorship and operational support to the accounting team
• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements
• Supervise month-end and year-end financial closes
• Manage daily accounting operations and cash flows
• Support the implementation of financial systems and controls
