The Controller leads accounting for multiple entities and serves as a financial partner to the franchise system. This role manages month-end close and cash operations while training franchisees on financial reporting and system accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary financial contact for franchise owners


• Train owners on financial statements and job-level profitability


• Oversee AP, AR, and royalty collections


• Prepare monthly P&Ls, balance sheets, and KPI variance reports


• Lead accounting for multiple entities and manage month-end close


• Support franchisees with accounting software setup and troubleshooting


• Manage daily cash positioning and 13-week cash flow forecasts


• Manage financial onboarding for new franchise locations


• Coordinate with external tax firms and maintain internal controls
