Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor expenses by cost center.
- Analyze and comment on profit and loss variances (financial and analytical).
- Support the preparation of budgets by cost center.
- Participate in monthly closings and in the preparation of future plans.
- Develop KPIs and performance BI reports/tools in collaboration with functional managers.
- Carry out specific analyses and drive optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in controlling or data analysis, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Fluent in French and English; good knowledge of German.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite and have solid knowledge of an ERP system.
