Job Overview

This Controls Technician position is scheduled for the day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role involves maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting building automation system (BAS) controls and related mechanical and HVAC equipment across CHEO facilities.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day operation and monitoring of the building automation system.
• Lead on HVAC control system monitoring, troubleshooting, and schedule adjustments in all CHEO locations.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts on system design and implementation.
• Ensure energy‑efficient operation of building systems and BAS maintenance access.
• Investigate and respond to occupant comfort and HVAC equipment issues.
