Job Description
Responsibilities
- take ownership of system-level control design (design, simulation, V&V, …)
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, experts, and customers
- design, implement, and maintain model-based plant/system models and Model-in-the-Loop (MiL) simulation environments
- perform evidence-based trade-off analyses
- support application engineers during commissioning activities
- define system-level control specifications, including failure mode analysis, safety and cybersecurity considerations
- analyze, evaluate and document the dynamic behavior of engine control system elements
- design, develop and maintain engine control system architectures (hardware, software and services)
- coordinate with project management and software/hardware development teams
