Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver control systems for advanced motion compensated equipment
- Contribute in developing the next generation solutions
- Modelling and simulation
- Preparation of specifications, manuals and other technical documentation
Qualifications
- PhD/MSc/BSc degree in cybernetics, automation engineering, computer science, software engineering, mechatronics or similar
- Candidates without cybernetics and automation background should have 3‑5 years of relevant work experience within these fields
- Knowledge of programming languages (C++, ST, Python, or similar)
Following competence is an advantage, but not required:
- Craft certificate in relevant field (electrician, automation, etc.)
- Experience with VFD systems and instrumentation
- Experience with PLC
- Experience with user interface design
