Control Room Specialist Location: Birmingham, West Midlands Shift Pattern: Mornings, Afternoons or Nights Pay: from £19 p/h About the Role We are seeking a proactive and analytical Control Room Specialist to join our Central Logistics Centre. This is a key operational role, acting as the link between the automated warehouse systems and physical warehouse operations. You will be responsible for monitoring warehouse management systems, ensuring maximum system uptime and throughput, identifying and resolving operational issues, and supporting warehouse leadership teams to maintain efficient service levels within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
