Prepare minimum technical specifications and conceptual design drawings for control systems (SCADA/DCS) and instrumentation for renewable energy projects to support procurement activities.Develop detailed engineering designs, including SCADA/DCS architecture, I/O lists, instrument cable routing, cable schedules, and equipment layouts.Review EPC contractor engineering deliverables, providing technical comments and recommendations on key documents such as:Control system architectureControl and instrumentation cable specificationsWeather station instrumentationCable routing drawingsControl panel layouts and diagramsConduct technical evaluations of bids and lead technical clarification meetings and negotiations with equipment suppliers prior to contract award.Prepare and review technical reports, engineering documentation, and plant control and operational philosophies.Coordinate with multidisciplinary eng...
