WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Contribute & Grow Partner, you enable the Grow & Contribute agenda by implementing global people processes, supporting leaders with insights and building capability through training, coaching and development.
- Drive implementation and adoption of Grow & Contribute processes, ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to local needs
- Act as a subject‑matter partner, enabling leaders and People teams to apply people processes and tools consistently
- Translate global frameworks into practical solutions that support business performance and meaningful employee experiences
- Use data and feedback to monitor effectiveness, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement
- Support people strategy by providing analysis and input to leaders on priorities and future needs
- Build leadership and people capability through training, facilitation, and coaching interventions
