We are seeking a commercially focused Service Contracts Specialist for our client who are a leading Medical Device company with operations in Dublin 24.

The purpose of this role will be to own the administration of service contract renewals for the business ensuring recurring service revenue is protected and customer relationships are strengthened.

The successful candidate will be proactive in their approach working closely with customer service, finance and sales to ensure contracts re renewed on time and priced accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full service contract renewal process HSE, healthcare and clinical customers.
  • Deliver agreed targets for renewal rate, margin, multi-year contract uptake, and enhanced cover-tier sales.
