Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and implementation of external party contracts for the Company.
The Role
- Leads and participates in the contractor sourcing and selection process
- Reviews and negotiates terms, conditions, and payment structures to cover complete contract requirements
- Identifies and mitigates potential disputes and risks
- Analyzes contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities
- Ensures that contract terms comply with legal requirements, and align with company policies and procedures including the Contractor Health, Environment and Safety Management (CHESM) Process
- Facilitates the administration of awarded contracts
- Assists in the review, implementation, and improvement of the contracting process
- Coordinates with contract owners in the identification of the Company’s contractual requirements
