Job Description
Take charge as the Contracts and Risk Management Lead, where your expertise will drive contract compliance and risk mitigation. This position focuses on contract negotiation and strategic internal advising.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant fields. You will oversee the contracting process, advise on rights and responsibilities, and coordinate financial recoveries with other departments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are critical for this role to effectively work with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage entire contracting process from review to execution
• Advise and educate teams on contract requirements
• Calculate payment arrangements and negotiate terms
• Coordinate AR recovery and delinquent accounts
• File documents related to liens and bankruptcy
