Overall Purpose of Role

Effectively manage all precontract related activities: Review and negotiation of contractual documents to align with Company Policies, contract terms and risk mitigation frameworks. The role supports project proposals and execution by providing contractual expertise across all relevant projects within the facility, or as assigned by the Director – Contracts Management.

Primary Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities

Pre-Bid Contract Review and Support

• Analyze and assess all forms of contractual documents, including, NDAs, MoU, letters of award, letters of intent, subcontracts, warranties, guarantees, parent company guarantees, collateral warranties, and all conditions of contract requirements for bid submissions.
