We are partnering with a highly respected, award-winning regional main contractor to recruit a strategic Contracts Manager for their thriving Oxford division.
This is a senior, operational leadership role. Instead of being tied to a single site, you will provide high-level orchestration, commercial oversight, and team leadership across a diverse portfolio of projects.
The Role & Responsibilities
Sharing responsibility for a £20m divisional turnover with a fellow Contracts Manager (managing roughly £10m each), your focus will be on the big picture:
Portfolio Management: Oversee approximately 10 live projects simultaneously, with typical values ranging from £500k to £3m.
