Contracts Manager – Notttingham - Decorating Subcontractor
Our client are a Decorating Contractor based in Nottingham that are looking for a contracts manager to join their team.
Duties:
*
Assessing painting projects, estimating the cost, labour resources, materials and time for completion.
*
Putting together well-presented, competitive tender packages for work.
*
Producing risk assessments and method statements for contracts.
*
Managing the contract from start to finish.
MUST HAVE:
* Experience of pricing single painting projects
* Experience of winning painting contracts through competitive tendering.
* Strong skills in financial analysis and commercial awareness.
* Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
* Experience of managing site-based operatives.
* Strong IT skills.
* Full driving license.
