Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all contractual aspects of largescale construction projects.
- Prepare review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, policies and statutory requirements.
- Advise project and management teams on contractual rights and obligations.
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
- Administer claims, variations and change orders in coordination with project teams.
- Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to resolve disputes.
- Manage contract performance ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Oversee contract closeout, extension and renewal processes.
- Maintain records of correspondence and documentation related to contract management.
