Waites Recruitment Consultancy are seeking a construction contracts manager for a client in London, the role is a full time position (Hybrid) with a minimum of 3 days on site but not restricted to.

The Contracts Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of all projects from concept to completion. Responsible for managing contracts, programmes, teams, compliance, finances, and client relationships, the Contracts Manager will act as the key link between the office, site, and senior management.
