Job Description
Minimum Qualifications: BSc / B Eng / B Tech/ in Civil Engineering Professional Registration with ECSA as: Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) or Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr. Tech Eng) Minimum Experience: 5-years Contract Management, Contract and Construction law experience. Experience in water infrastructure environment, will be an added advantage Key Outputs: Reporting to the Senior Manager: Project Management Unit, the employee will: Develop a Contract Monitoring Framework Provide contractual and commercial support to the Executive Manager: Planning and Development and Senior Manager: Project Management Unit Draft and Review Contract Documentation, Service Level Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding: Proposals. Monitor Contracts Administer and interpret engineering and related service contracts in accordance with agreed procedures and terms and conditions of contract.
