Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
Key Outputs:
Reporting to the Senior Manager: Project Management Unit, the employee will:
- BSc / B Eng / B Tech/ in Civil Engineering
- Professional Registration with ECSA as: Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) or Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr. Tech Eng)
- 5-years Contract Management, Contract and Construction law experience.
- Experience in water infrastructure environment, will be an added advantage
Key Outputs:
Reporting to the Senior Manager: Project Management Unit, the employee will:
- Develop a Contract Monitoring Framework
- Provide contractual and commercial support to the Executive Manager: Planning and Development and Senior Manager: Project Management Unit
- Draft and Review Contract Documentation, Service Level Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding: Proposals.
