As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management and commercial operations ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maximizing business value.

• Develop negotiate and manage complex commercial contracts with clients vendors and partners
• Analyze and mitigate contractual risks ensuring the protection of company interests
