Job Description
Overview
We’re expanding across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, and we’re looking for a Contracts & Budgets Associate to support our expansion regionally and globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate regional study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
- Review, draft, negotiate, and track confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables align with defined study timelines.
- Work with supervisors and stakeholders to resolve or elevate contractual issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
- Communicate status of contract negotiations and execution to relevant study team members.
