Responsibilities in General
β Ensure compliance with Company Quality Policy and internal procedures.
Pre-Award Phase
β Review Client contract conditions, ITB documents and commercial requirements.
β Identify contractual, legal, tax, and commercial risks and propose mitigation measures.
β Support preparation of bid qualifications and contractual deviations.
β Coordinate preparation and issuance of ITB packages to subcontractors.
β Manage bidder clarifications and support bid evaluation (commercial/contractual).
β Support negotiation and preparation of subcontract agreements.
Post-Award Contract Administration
β Administer assigned contracts ensuring compliance with contractual obligations with Client and subcon-
tractors.
β Support contract kick-off and alignment with project team.
