Job Overview
Our client, a leading offshore engineering and construction organization in the UAE, is looking for experienced Contracts Administration Manager to support the execution of large-scale offshore and subsea projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage QS/CA resources ensuring that section/company set target and goals are met
- Develop and improve section / commercial procedures at both project and corporate levels
- Develop, upgrade and enhance QS automated systems and ensure their implementation with accuracy
- Develop and enhance QS function to ensure maximum recovery of revenue
- Review and recommend training requirements for QS staff to ensure they are adequately skilled
