Job Description
**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in customer contracting and agreement management- Experience writing and discussing agreement documents, proposal documents, and Statements of Work for professional services engagements, or other agreements for technology services.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with USA and Canada based partners in English.
**Preferred qualifications**:- 5 years of experience in consulting services partnering with sales teams to draft complex customer agreements for large technology services businesses.
- Experience in Vendor Management.
- Experience advising on the legal implications of agreeements terms and conditions.
- Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders.
