We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our main building works contractor , responsible for pre-contract tendering and post-contract commercial management across building projects
A. Key Responsibilities
- Tendering, estimating, and pricing for main building works
- Prepare and review build-up rates (labour, materials, plant, preliminaries)
- Cost planning, BQ preparation, and tender analysis
- Subcontractor procurement, comparison, negotiation, and award
- Manage post-contract QS functions including progress claims, valuations, variations, VO, and final account
- Commercial reporting and contract administration
- Liaise with clients, consultants, project managers, and site teams
