Location: Central London (WC2R)
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Are you an experienced Contract Support professional looking for your next opportunity within Facilities Management?
We're looking for an organised and proactive Contract Support to join a small, close-knit team supporting a prestigious commercial contract in Central London. Working alongside the Contract Manager and on-site Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping the contract running smoothly.
The Role

Raise purchase orders (POs) and process invoices

Manage Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure jobs are progressed efficiently

Update CAFM systems and maintain accurate records

Support the day-to-day administration of a busy reactive maintenance contract
