Job Responsibilities

• Domain knowledge of Securities Processing, particularly in the area of Payment and Receipt.
• Process day‑to‑day payment and receipt transactions and ensure smooth delivery in compliance with established procedures.
• Update management statistics for management reporting on a daily basis.
• Ensure team service level agreements are met and all requests are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain a continued and effective on‑going daily process when covering the duties of a co‑partner.
• Attend to internal customers' queries.
• Ensure compliance with the Department and Bank’s operational risk and regulatory requirements.
