Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase order (PO) and provide end-to-end PO management related service
• Able to meet SLA and KPI
• Maintain and update PO tracker and report periodically
• Custodian of all issued PO and related tracker/reporting/etc for Audit and for internal compliance
• Work with various internal stakeholders to insure comprehensive coverage of purchase order request and purchase order related issues
• Risk-related matters such as periodic PO risk checks
• Other ad-hoc matters

• Mon to Fri: 9am to 6.30pm

Requirements

• Intermediate level in Excel, MS Office, and Power Point
• Able to use computer system i.e. applications
