Job Description

We are supporting a major rail organisation with a contract opportunity for an experienced Retail Transformation Manager / Programme Manager.

The successful contractor will step directly into the role, ensuring continuity across the team and maintaining momentum across a high volume of in‑flight projects and business activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full cover for the Retail Transformation Manager / Programme Manager role

  • Managing and coordinating multiple in‑flight projects simultaneously

  • Acting as a key liaison with the wider Programme Manager function

  • Line management and oversight of five contractors within the Retail Transformation team

  • Ownership of delivery, priorities, risks, and dependencies across workstreams

  • Acting as the main interface with the PMO

  • Ownership of governance, reporting, and programme assurance
