• Prepare tenders, bids, project proposals, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with corporate goals.
• Lead and support QS team; liaise with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and legal/technical teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines, progress claims, variations, EOT/cost claims, and final accounts.
