. Prepare tenders, bids, project proposals, budgets, and cost estimates.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with corporate goals.
. Lead and support QS team liaise with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and legal/technical teams
. Manage budgets, timelines, progress claims, variations, EOT/cost claims, and final accounts.
. Monitor project progress through site meetings and ensure compliance with technical standards.
. Identify risks, resolve contractual issues, and recommend solutions.
. Conduct post-project reviews to improve cost efficiency, communication, and productivity
. Maintain contract management database and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
