Your role in our team 

  • You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, modifications, nondisclosure agreements, terms and conditions, and other contract related documents

  • Act as end-to-end point of contact throughout the contract management process, escalading to leadership when necessary

  • Provide active assistance to the project teams in the management, execution, and resolution of issues related to contract/project management and accounting (e.g. contract type, cost allowability, payment/milestone schedules, inspection/acceptance criteria, other terms)
