The Contract Manager supports risk management and commercial governance by ensuring the execution of contracts complies with corporate standards and the agreed obligations by both parties. The role identifies and addresses non‑standard, high‑risk, or non‑compliant contractual provisions while maintaining adherence to approved templates, clauses, and delegation of authority throughout the contract lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Review new and existing contracts (MGSAs, MSAs, SOWs, services, supply, logistics) to identify non‑standard, obsolete, or high‑risk clauses.
- Execute approved contracts, amendments, and remediation activities in alignment with contractual obligations.
- Support remediation initiatives related to audits, regulatory changes, or contract reviews.
- Prepare risk summaries for commercial and operational leadership.
