Overview
Position Overview: This position is responsible for assisting the Client Service Manager in all aspects of Paladin business within a particular contract. Working closely with the Client Service Manager (CSM), the Contract Manager will learn the details of the sites in the contract and be available to answer questions and concerns from the client and staff, perform investigations and implement changes to meet and exceed the clientβs expectations. The Contract Manager will oversee and coordinate supervisors, serving as the communication link between them and the CSM, reporting site issues via email and maintaining accurate records. The role provides an opportunity to expand knowledge of security industry standards while managing various administrative functions within the portfolio.
