Job Description
Position: Contract Manager
Salary: Between £43,000.00 & £53,000.00 per annum (DOE), paid monthly on the 28th
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided with a fuel card
Employment Type: Permanent contract with Consilium Contracting Services
Probationary Period: 3 months
Notice Period: 1 month
Holidays: 28 days per annum, inclusive of bank holidays
Pension: Standard Government Stakeholder Pension
Reporting to: Craig Reid, Director
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Contract Manager, you will work on our Social Housing R&M/Voids frameworks and deliver ad-hoc projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring all frameworks and ad-hoc projects adhere to the required standards of health and safety, quality, and commercial performance, while effectively managing each customer relationships and ensuring we maintain required KPIs on all the frameworks (KPI attainment is an essential part of the role, as is managing the financial bud...
