Genesys is looking for a Contract Execution Specialist to join our Legal Operations team. Reporting to the Legal Operations function, this role serves as a critical operational backbone for our contract/deal/commercial attorneys — ensuring that every agreement is properly executed, complete, and accurately filed before it is closed out in our contract management system. This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in keeping legal processes organized, compliant, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Contract Execution & Signature Management – Coordinate and manage the end‑to‑end signature process for commercial agreements, including routing contracts to the appropriate internal and external signatories, tracking outstanding signature requests, sending reminders, and following up to ensure timely execution.
