Role Overview
As a Total Rewards Specialist at Husky, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s global salary and benefits policy and design for employees. In this role you will gain insight into working for a global company and into the variations in plan design and compensation required to attract and retain talent.
This is a contract role for a period of 16 to 18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design of group benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement savings plans, in partnership with external brokers.
- Manage global vendor relationships and identify opportunities to improve the programs to ensure they meet employee needs.
