Sigma Inc is currently looking for a Contract Analyst Senior to work with our client in Irving, TX
Summary:
- Responsible for overall contract administration for the Contract Management System.
- Manages the Contract Portfolio, which includes various contract types: Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), custom contracts including administrative and professional services, executed by the Legal Department for goods and services.
- Ensures all executed contracts have required information prior to upload into the Contract Management System.
- Works closely with Contract Managers, Legal Department, Supply Chain and Procurement Team to ensure all contract requirements are met prior to uploading.
- Notifies Contract Manager of approaching contract expirations.
