Job Description
Conduct field inspections of earthworks, utilities (shallow and deep), road construction, asphalt, concrete, landscaping, streetlighting and related infrastructure;
Ensure compliance with safety, construction contracts, specifications, and drawings;
Monitor construction progress and contractor schedules;
Disciplined approach to completing site documentation for record, including safety reporting, site diaries, daily and weekly reports, and photographs;
Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with project leads, contractors, and team members; Work independently across multiple sites, demonstrating strong organization skills, initiative and reliability;
Ability to work longer hours during the construction season which may include night shifts, weekends, and holidays; Utilize basic tools for field measurements and documentation of construction progress and quantities; and Uphold safety p...
