This is your chance to join a growing residential builder at an exciting stage of its journey. Reporting directly to the Director, who brings T1 and T2 construction experience, you'll assist across a hybrid of Contract Administrator and Project Coordinator duties on bespoke residential projects up to $5m. You'll receive genuine mentoring from day one, with the opportunity to grow alongside the business as it continues to expand.
Current projects include a $5m bespoke home in regional Victoria (around 1.5 hours from Melbourne) and a $5m townhouse development in Brunswick. You'll be based in Albert Park, with site visits as required, including one day per week to the regional project. The business specialises in high-end residential projects, with a strong focus on quality and long-term client relationships.
