The Continuous Improvement and Training Supervisor is responsible for driving operational excellence in the Arhaus Supply Chain through employee development, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role leads training programs, onboarding processes, standard operating procedure (SOP) development, and change management efforts associated with new systems, technologies, and operational processes, both new and existing.
