Continuous Improvement Team Lead Position Summary
Reporting to our Manufacturing Engineering & CI Manager, the CI Team Lead plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of process engineering / industrial engineering, manufacturing services, facilitating efficient operations across the organization. The role ensures Rockwell Operational Excellence (ROX) initiative through analysis and strategic planning, and develops a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Main responsibilities Reach productivity goals through projects development and management focused on actual priorities. Provide strategy for the site and promote creation and tracking Indicators. Lead on Continuous Improvement, Connected Enterprise and FTPC. Manage the Ideas System and deploy communication for spreading the culture. Support Leader and individuals of HPTs.
