About the role

:

WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role supports the Continuous Improvement Department by training internal staff on World Class Manufacturing and Six Sigma programs adapted to the office environment. This role will be responsible for coordinating and leading training sessions with Continuous Improvement Champions, coaching project teams, and partnering with the Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma Departments at our global headquarters.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Continuous Improvement Manager to identify and drive key process improvement initiatives to increase process efficiencies.
  • Apply understanding of our customers, products, and processes to support business problem analysis and determine the best methodology to resolve issues.
