Job Description
| 1. Partner with the local VOS manager to develop and deploy VOS capability framework to achieve site certification |
| 2. Facilitate CI project, workshops, kaizen events, and structured problem-solving to drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and experience. |
| 3. Drive 5S & Kaizen program across the plant |
| 4. Coach function and business leaders on Lean tools, maturity assessments, standard work, visual management, and process design. |
| 5. Drive cross-functional collaboration through swimlane mapping, value stream diagnostics, and best-practice sharing across departments. |
