Position Summary
The Continuous Improvement Manager will drive operational excellence through continuous improvement program initiatives and deployments. The CI Manager will utilize business transformation strategies and experiences in leading the organization through the lean transformation journey. The Manager must have the capability to coach Senior Manager and Director levels on Lean transformation with a passionate approach to results. The CI Manager will plan, organize, and implement established STERIS Continuous Improvement methods, practices, and tools for more efficient and effective processes.
