Job Description
AGI seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead ongoing process enhancements at a premier food infrastructure company. Transform operations through Lean practices and effective coaching.
In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Senior Director of Canadian Manufacturing and will manage up to three direct reports. Your primary focus will be to identify opportunities for improvement, analyze information, and implement impactful projects across the organization. By empowering leaders and building a solid problem-solving culture, you will facilitate a shift towards continuous improvement in all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a change agent, encouraging Lean culture
• Coach leaders in employing value stream analysis
• Train and develop team members in lean methodologies
• Ensure adherence to daily management systems
• Regularly report on improvement project progress
